BOOKING
After completing your booking process and your booking details have been received along with the deposit paid (a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment), you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation of your scheduled session. The full address of the Enriched Harmony Healing studio will be provided following the deposit received or within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION
Any booking cancellation MUST be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled date booking, or a late cancellation fee of $24 will be applied.
To prevent any eventuality or disappointment, we kindly ask that you advise us in advance or a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked session to reschedule your appointment date. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
In cases of personal emergency or sickness, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you with necessary adjustments or rescheduling. Our standard cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion. All health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will remain confidential.

ADDITIONAL NOTICE
Session Time
Please kindly note that the time allocated for the session, for example the 'Serene Nature' 60-minute session, consists of 45 minutes of Reiki treatment and 15 minutes for intuitive guidance and initiation. Each package and session has been carefully designed to enhance your healing experience. We cannot modify the duration of each treatment within the session. If you would like additional time for any treatment included in your package, please inform us during the initial discussion so that we can accommodate your request if possible. Any additional time or service will be added to your final price. Thank you.
Massage Service
We do not offer massage therapy as a single service. Our light head, hand, arm, and foot massage is a complementary service incorporated with our special price packages only.
Payment
We currently do not accept any credit cards. Payments can only be made by bank direct deposit (EFT) or cash. All deposits for securing an appointment must be made via EFT.
To enable us to secure your preferred date & time and schedule your appointment, all deposit payments must be made within the same day of the booking confirmation notice.
We can not guarantee or secure your booking until the deposit has been received. Thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding.
How to book your session?
REQUEST A BOOKING: To book your session, please simply fill in your contact details and answer the intake questions in the provided fields below. Once you have completed the 'Your Booking Information' and the intake questions section. Please SCROLL DOWN the page, and select the package or service you wish to book via the "Book Now" button.
Once you have made your selection, please follow the on-screen prompts as directed.
You will be taken to our online scheduling page that displays a calendar where you can select your preferred date and time to request your booking.
When the booking process is completed. You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation within 24 hours with all the details of your appointment, our banking details for direct bank deposit (EFT), and any special instructions.
