Reiki


Reiki offers a calming, non-invasive approach to healing, energy alignment, balance, and overall wellness. Reiki is not related to any religion, and it's not a massage therapy but rather a form of soulful, gentle, engaging, yet powerful energy healing method that is widely regarded and has been practiced in many countries. This healing modality assists in harmonising energy levels in our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body system. Trained practitioners utilise the energy that they are attuned to, channelling it through their hands from the “Universal Life Force Energy” known as Reiki. I/the practitioner will pass this energy on to the recipient or client by either hovering my hands or gently placing my hands over the person’s body or their energy body centres, and applying to additional areas such as shoulders, arms, hips, knees, or feet, as trained, to enhance the healing effect. This process aims to revitalise and balance one's energy while promoting natural healing.


 


Crystal Healing


Crystal healing treatment is a complementary practice that utilises crystals and semi-precious stones to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The practice is based on the belief that crystals possess distinct characteristic properties and unique vibrational frequencies that can affect the body's energy field. These concepts are often associated with chakras or "chi," aiming to remove blockages, promote the flow of positive energy, and restore balance within an individual. In a typical session, practitioners will selectively or intuitively select specific crystals and place them on the recipient's or client's body or surroundings as needed and appropriately, allowing the crystals to interact with the person's energy for enhancing overall well-being.

 

 


Chakra Cleansing & Balancing with Crystals


Our chakra cleansing & balancing treatment with Crystals is a complementary therapy designed to help clear energy blockages and align the body's seven primary energy centers, known as chakras, to enhance the body, mind, and soul. The treatment incorporates techniques such as Reiki or guided meditation; for this instance we utilise Crystals and Reiki symbols, the mild use of Aromatherapy essential oils, and soothing healing wave music to empower relaxation, clarity, and vitality


The practitioner focuses the treatment on the body's 7 main Chakras, being crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root, to further support releasing tension, reducing stress, and improving overall harmony and inner peace to bring more balance, vibrancy, and positivity to the individual. This holistic approach aims to enhance wellbeing by balancing energy flow.

 

Please Note: A Reiki therapy is combined with this treatment to ensure the best energy integration. A light use of aromatherapy essential oil will be incorporated into the session to enhance the overall experience

Aura Amplifying with Crystals


The Aura Amplifying with Crystals treatment is a complementary practice in alternative healing that utilises specific Crystals to align with an individual's energy field known as the Aura (Auric field). The techniques offer holistic benefits for elevating the mind and body's energetic field. The aim is to support balance, strengthen, and enhance your Aura, thereby amplifying the person's Aura field to further promote and elevate vibrancy, uplifting emotion, mental clarity, and inner harmony. A light use of aromatherapy essential oil is also combined within the treatment to enhance your experience.

Intuitive Guidance


Intuitive guidance is included in your Reiki and Crystal healing session. You can also schedule a separate intuitive guidance session if required. This mindfulness service utilises the practitioner's intuitive skills, which go beyond conventional hands-on healing. It draws on their inner wisdom, intuition, and subtle energy awareness developed through Reiki practice and meditation.

 

This guidance is often experienced as energy, insights, or a sense of understanding that transcends rational thought. It involves accessing deeper wisdom and aligning spiritual and energy aspects, which can be of assistance in facilitating clarity around your emotional, spiritual, and physical blockages in order to strengthen personal growth, trust, inner peace, and restored positivity and vitality, resulting in a personalised and transformative experience for the individual.

Additionally, the practitioner’s intuitive abilities may be enhanced during their channelling of universal life force energy or Reiki, allowing them to gain further insight and empathetic connection during the hands-on session, and as a result further supporting the person's energy healing process.
