First thing in the morning: Position yourself in a calm and quiet space (with eyes closed or open). Clear your mind or thoughts and take three deep breaths, deeply and slowly. Set a good intention for the day, then speak the intended or selected affirmation out loud, firmly and slowly. Repeat the affirmation FIVE more times, again firmly and slowly. Feel the energy of your words as they resonate within you. Say thank you with great gratitude. Take another three deep breaths, deeply and slowly. You are now ready to go about your day.
Before you go into your sleep: Repeat the process as above.
