We also utilise an internal booking calendar within our website builder platform to further ensure the privacy of your details for online appointment scheduling, giving you more peace of mind when using our site.
Your contact details will be used within our organisation and our platform for contacting you in regard to your enquiry, intake form, appointment booking and scheduling, or for internal promotions, newsletters, and subscriptions as necessary only. They also may be shared with our service providers or trade suppliers solely for purposes related to activities such as online booking schedulers, order dispatches, deliveries and necessary administrative requirements such as billing and courier services, unless required by law. Otherwise, we do not disclose your information nor sell it to other external sources, third parties or organisations without your permission or written consent. This also include any information provided in your intake form. They will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent except as required by law. Reiki and Crystal healing, including all services and packages that are provided by Enriched Harmony Healing or by me/the practitioner, are complementary practices. They are aimed at promoting inner harmony and balance within individuals and supporting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. They are not intended to be a cure for ailments or a replacement for conventional medical treatments or any health remedies.
If you have any concerns, health issues, injuries, surgeries, healthcare operations, allergies, sensitivities, or sensitive skin, please inform us or your practitioner immediately or prior to your appointment. Reiki and other energy healing modalities offered through our practice are not designed to address health problems.
They are complementary practices that can be integrated with other therapies and never a replacement for conventional medicine or medical treatments. In the eventuality that you are dissatisfied with our service or product in any way. We ask that you please discuss or notify us of the issue directly in order for us to find a solution or rectify the problems at their source. We would greatly appreciate it if you could allow us the opportunity to fully investigate and exercise all options to resolve the matter first. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Any malicious comments, trolling, bullying, aggressive behaviour, offensive language, or unreasonable manners including defamation or indication of exploitation, are strictly prohibited from all our platforms.
Health & Safety
You must inform us prior to attending your session if you are feeling unwell or have recently experienced a cold, flu, COVID-19, or other contagious illness. This is essential for maintaining a safe & hygienic environment for everyone. Treatments and services cannot be provided until you have been symptom-free for at least 48 hours or have fully recovered. Please contact us to reschedule; in cases of sudden illness, our standard cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion. All health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will remain confidential and will not be shared without your consent except as required by law.
Booking
After completing your booking process and your booking details have been received along with the deposit paid (a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment), you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation of your scheduled session. The full address of the Enriched Harmony Healing studio will be provided following the deposit received or within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

***Please kindly note that the time allocated for the session, for example the 'Serene Nature' 60-minute session, consists of 45 minutes of Reiki treatment and 15 minutes for intuitive guidance and initiation. Each package and session has been carefully designed to enhance your healing experience. We cannot modify the duration of each treatment within the session. If you would like additional time for any treatment included in your package, please inform us during the initial discussion so that we can accommodate your request if possible. Any additional time or service will be added to your final price. Thank you.***
Payment Options
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation along with our banking details for Direct Transfer (EFT) for a deposit payment. A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time, and the remaining balance will be due immediately after the completion of your treatment/session.
For deposit payments: Payment is required to be made via direct bank transfer (EFT). To help us prioritize and secure your booking, all deposit payments should be completed on the same day of the booking confirmation notice. This will allow us to secure your preferred date & time and schedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee or secure your booking until the deposit has been received. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
For all the remaining balance or other payments, they can be made by cash or via direct bank transfer (EFT) immediately after your completed session. To ensure that the correct payment has been received, a copy or screenshot of your EFT banking remittance is required for proof of payment.
Cancellation
Any booking cancellation MUST be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or a late cancellation fee of $24 will be applied.
To prevent any eventuality or disappointment, we kindly ask that you advise us in advance or a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked session to reschedule your appointment date. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
In cases of personal emergency or sickness, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you with necessary adjustments or rescheduling.
Refund
We regret that refunds are not available if you are unsatisfied with the subjective outcome of a session, such as if you simply change your mind or you didn't feel anything. We advise and encourage you to read our provided information about any treatments, packages, and services on this website properly and ensure that you understand them thoroughly before proceeding with any bookings or agreements. However, customer satisfaction is important to us; we offer a separate discussion to resolve the matter professionally and amicably. Alternatively, a credit note may be provided to suit as accepted mutually. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard. Should you require further information or have any questions or need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you have made a special request, such as you have an emergency or urgent personal matter to attend to, or due to sickness after the booking has been confirmed, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to suit you, or you will be given a credit note that you can use toward your future rescheduling session. It is always best to take your time when selecting a treatment or service/package and read our terms & conditions, including the cancellation policy, before making any scheduled appointments or any changes to your booking.
