We also utilise an internal booking calendar within our website builder platform to further ensure the privacy of your details for online appointment scheduling, giving you more peace of mind when using our site.

Reiki and Crystal healing, including all services and packages that are provided by Enriched Harmony Healing or by me/the practitioner, are complementary practices. They are aimed at promoting inner harmony and balance within individuals and supporting physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. They are not intended to be a cure for ailments or a replacement for conventional medical treatments or any health remedies.
If you have any concerns, health issues, injuries, surgeries, healthcare operations, allergies, sensitivities, or sensitive skin, please inform us or your practitioner immediately or prior to your appointment. Reiki and other energy healing modalities offered through our practice are not designed to address health problems.
They are complementary practices that can be integrated with other therapies and never a replacement for conventional medicine or medical treatments. It is advisable to consult with your healthcare providers or your doctors regarding serious health issues or injuries that require medical attention to ensure your needs are appropriately addressed.

We are committed to offering professional services while adhering to policy guidelines and industry standards, treating all clients with respect and fairness.
In the eventuality that you are dissatisfied with our service or product in any way. We ask that you please discuss or notify us of the issue directly in order for us to find a solution or rectify the problems at their source. We would greatly appreciate it if you could allow us the opportunity to fully investigate and exercise all options to resolve the matter first. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Any malicious comments, trolling, bullying, aggressive behaviour, offensive language, or unreasonable manners including defamation or indication of exploitation, are strictly prohibited from all our platforms.
Health & Safety
You must inform us prior to attending your session if you are feeling unwell or have recently experienced a cold, flu, COVID-19, or other contagious illness. This is essential for maintaining a safe & hygienic environment for everyone. Treatments and services cannot be provided until you have been symptom-free for at least 48 hours or have fully recovered. Please contact us to reschedule; in cases of sudden illness, our standard cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion. All health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will remain confidential except as required by law.
Booking & Payment
After completing your intake form and booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your requested session, which we will review. You will be notified within 24 hours, including instructions for making a payment via Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), if the booking can be scheduled. Please kindly note that a full payment is needed ahead of your session for your appointment to be officially confirmed. (Please note: We currently do not accept credit card payments.). To help us prioritise and secure your booking, we ask that all payments be completed on the same day you receive your booking notice. To ensure that the correct full payment has been received, please email or SMS us a screenshot of your EFT banking remittance as proof of payment. We cannot guarantee or secure your appointment until full payment has been made. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the payment process or require any additional assistance. The full address of the Enriched Harmony Healing studio will be provided following receipt of your payment or within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

***Please kindly note that the time allocated for the session, for example the 'Serene Nature' 60-minute session, consists of 45 minutes of Reiki treatment and 15 minutes for intuitive guidance and initiation. Each package and session has been carefully designed to enhance your healing experience. We cannot modify the duration of each treatment within the session. If you would like additional time for any treatment included in your package, please inform us during the initial discussion so that we can accommodate your request if possible. Any additional time or service will be added to your final price. Additionally, we do not offer massage therapy as a single service. Our light head, hand, arm, and foot massage is an inclusive service that is incorporated with our special price packages only. Thank you.***
Cancellation
Any booking cancellation MUST be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or a late cancellation fee of $24 will be applied.
To prevent any eventuality or disappointment, we kindly ask that you advise us in advance or a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked session to reschedule your appointment date. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
In cases of personal emergency or sickness, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you with necessary adjustments or rescheduling.
Refund
We regret that refunds are not available if you are unsatisfied with the subjective outcome of a session, such as if you simply change your mind or do not feel anything, as individual experiences vary and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are also not available in the event of a no-show or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice. We advise and encourage you to carefully read the information provided about any treatments, packages, and services on this website and ensure that you understand them thoroughly before proceeding with any bookings or agreements. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to offer a separate discussion to resolve the matter professionally and amicably. Alternatively, a credit note may be provided at our discretion in the event of a no-show, depending on the circumstances and whether the appointment time could have otherwise been allocated to another client.
If you have requested to reschedule your appointment prior to your scheduled session due to an emergency, urgent personal matter, or illness, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will reschedule your appointment to a suitable time as discussed with you, or a credit note will be issued for use toward a future session. It is always best to take your time when selecting a treatment, service, or package and to read our Terms & Conditions, including our Cancellation Policy, before making any appointments or changes to your booking.
In the event that a cancellation is made by the practitioner due to unforeseen circumstances, a family or personal emergency, or illness, you will be entitled to a full refund, or a credit note may be issued for future use. You may advise us of your preferred option.
