A lot of the time, as humans, we go through life not knowing what our true potential or purposes in life are, why we are here, and what we are meant to do on this alluring planet called Earth.

We experience our day-to-day existence through our physical body, senses, and mind. Many of us regularly forget that we are more than just our physical selves.

In essence, we are non-physical beings experiencing the earth’s plane in human form, and as simple as it sounds—in other words—we are energy.

Often, we become fixated, conditioned, preoccupied, and sometimes lost in the daily grind or routines, leading to a disconnection from the most significant aspect of us, 'our higher self.'

As for myself, I have experienced the highs and lows of life, along with the challenges of heartbreak, pain, burnout, loss and trauma like many others. I have lived and learned through trial and error. I embrace the strength, wisdom, understanding, and growth I have gained from my life experiences along the way. I also dedicated a lot of my time to working long hours and used to think that working hard was the only way to survive. Even though I enjoyed being in the workforce, I felt something in my life needed to change. I wondered, where do I begin?

As a person, I have always been intuitive, creative, and happy, feeling a strong pull to the universal divine force and higher realms. This feeling can be difficult to articulate, often understood only through intuition and faith. Sometimes, as people, we may question these feelings when they arise instead of letting them manifest naturally and trusting the process.

Doubt, overthinking, and dismissing one's instincts can often be common tendencies. I can relate to this, as it was part of my experience before discovering Reiki. There are various reasons why individuals might feel the need to conform to societal expectations or appear 'normal' to others. Sometimes, we inadvertently place pressure on ourselves due to fear, the desire for perfection, or the need to meet society's standards. In return, we can get exhausted, stressed, confused, overwhelmed, and drained and eventually become lifeless instead of lively.

At the end of the day, it is best to cherish the moment and stay with the vibration of what brings you joy and peace. Allow time for yourself to fully relax and unwind. Be in the present, not the past or future, and try to be in the 'Now' as much as possible. Additionally, the more you open yourself to Reiki, the more you will be in alignment with who you are internally. You will experience less doubt, fear, anxiety, and stress. Best of all, you will feel at peace with yourself more deeply and frequently. Life becomes more effortless and freer, and most importantly, you will be in alignment with the universal life force and your authentic self forevermore.

My primary objective is to promote awareness about intuition, potential, inner strength and energy present within individuals and their surroundings, including learning to let go of the energy that no longer serves their highest good. I believe that understanding these aspects can lead to a more balanced and meaningful life. The aim is to provide the well-trained techniques, knowledge and emphasise the benefits acquired through the practice of Reiki, Crystal healing, mindfulness meditation and visualisation. I want to encourage others to explore the power of natural healing and innate healing ability, align their frequency and vibration, and balance their Chakra as a form of complementary treatment for enhancing overall inner health and wellness.

Furthermore, to support you in learning how to let go of old belief patterns and emotions that may no longer be beneficial, and to assist you in moving toward a purposeful direction in order for you to achieve a more fulfilling life you deserve.

I personally believe that it's our birthright to live a life full of joy, happiness, and healthy wellbeing. A life that is enriched by positive outcomes, love, peace, kindness and abundance. A blissful world that we can create from within.
